Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Mingle Matrimony, you agree to these terms of service and our privacy policy. These Terms are published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

Eligibility

As per Indian marriage law, you must be at least 21 years of age (male) or 18 years of age (female) to register. Non-Indian residents must meet the minimum marriageable age as per their country's applicable laws. Mingle Matrimony is a matrimony service for adults seeking marriage — it is NOT a dating or casual meetup platform. All users must be legally eligible for marriage.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. Report any unauthorised access immediately to support@minglematrimony.com.

Registration and Profile

All information provided during registration must be accurate, honest, and complete. Photographs must be recent and decent. The About Me section undergoes admin approval. You must not include phone numbers, email addresses, or bank details in your profile description. This platform is for personal, non-commercial use only for the purpose of finding a matrimonial match.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: using the platform for dating, casual relationships, sexual conversation, or solicitation; creating fake profiles or misrepresenting your age, marital status, education, profession, caste, religion, or family details; demanding dowry or soliciting money, gifts, or financial assistance from members; uploading pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content; harassing, threatening, or abusing any member; promoting racism, discrimination, or hate speech; misusing personal information of other members; posting commercial, promotional, or advertising content; creating duplicate profiles or acting as an unauthorised broker. Violation will result in account termination and possible legal action.

Content Policy

All content you submit (profile information, photographs, horoscope documents, chat messages) may be stored and displayed to other registered members. Mingle Matrimony reserves the right to modify or delete any content at its sole discretion in cases of violation.

Disputes Between Members

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Mingle Matrimony does not mediate or take responsibility for disputes between members.

Disclaimer

Mingle Matrimony does not guarantee any marriage alliance or successful match. You agree to use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for inaccurate information posted by other members.

Termination and Enforcement

You may delete your account at any time. Mingle Matrimony reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Depending on severity, enforcement may be a temporary suspension or a permanent removal — in both cases the reason is shown at sign-in and emailed to you, and you may appeal via support@minglematrimony.com. Permanently removed members may not register again: the associated email and mobile number are kept on a secure exclusion list, and records connected to the enforcement action are preserved as described in our Privacy Policy.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the use of our service shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India.
